Switzerland is one of the most important centers of international arbitration today. This \u00abnutshell\u00bb – book illustrates the current legal situation of international arbitration in Switzerland by presenting the legal environment through references to important rules for arbitration in Switzerland (in particular the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration, the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce ICC and the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules) and illustrating figures.
