Rechtsetzung ist deshalb immer auch Spracharbeit und manifestiert sich in der Konstitution von Texten. Diesen zentralen sprachlichen Aspekt der Rechtsetzung hat die Sprachwissenschaft bisher kaum beachtet, obwohl sie das n\u00f6tige Instrumentarium daf\u00fcr bes\u00e4sse. Die Beitr\u00e4ge des vorliegenden Sammelbandes tragen zur Schliessung dieser Forschungsl\u00fccke bei, indem sie \u00fcber unterschiedliche sprachwissenschaftliche Zug\u00e4nge moderne und historische Gesetzestexte analysieren.
