Die Gl\u00e4ubigerinformation ist deshalb ein zentrales Thema des Gl\u00e4ubigerschutzes.<br \/>\nDie vorliegende Untersuchung analysiert die Rechtsgrundlagen der Gl\u00e4ubigerinformation im Aktienrecht anhand informationstheoretischer \u00dcberlegungen. W\u00e4hrend die gesetzlichen Informationskan\u00e4le eine gewisse Grundinformation der Gl\u00e4ubiger sicherstellen, verursachen Informationsrechte auf vertraglicher Grundlage Informationsasymmetrien zwischen den einzelnen Gl\u00e4ubigern. Daraus ergeben sich aus der Sicht der Gl\u00e4ubigergesamtheit sowohl Chancen als auch Risiken.<br \/>\nBesonders ausgepr\u00e4gt erscheinen die Informationsasymmetrien hinsichtlich der finanziellen Lage der Gesellschaft.
