Ausgangspunkt bildet die Untersuchung der v\u00f6lkerrechtlichen Rechtslage. Danach geht die Schrift auf die Rechtslage in den nationalen Rechtsordnungen ein, dargestellt am Beispiel des Schweizer Rechts. Sie untersucht die Teilnahme der internationalen Organisationen am Rechtsverkehr und an Verfahren sowie deren Sonderbehandlungen. Die Ergebnisse werden aus verschiedenen Perspektiven analysiert: aus der Sicht der internationalen Organisationen, der Schweizer Beh\u00f6rden und der Rechtsteilnehmer.
